Norris & Stevens – Interactive Property Finder for Commercial Real Estate

Contributed to the development of the Norris & Stevens website, focusing on the buildout of a custom property finder page within a bespoke WordPress theme. The goal was to improve the user experience for commercial real estate searches through dynamic filtering and geolocation tools.

Highlights of my contributions:

• Custom Property Finder with Google Maps Integration:
  Contributed to the development of a fully interactive property search interface that leveraged the Google Maps API to dynamically display commercial listings based on latitude and longitude values stored via ACF as part of the overall CPT architecture. Map markers updated in real time based on user-selected filters.
• Advanced Filtering System:
  Helped to implement multi-criteria filters for property type, listing status (sale, lease, sublease), square footage, location, and agent allowing users to easily narrow down results.
• Custom Field Architecture with ACF:
  Structured custom fields to manage listing metadata, including imagery, property descriptions, availability, and contact information.
